The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on 7/31/2023 in response to an anonymous complaint reported to the licensing office. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the report of a staff member not disclosing a pending charge of a crime within the Commonwealth of Virginia when they signed their sworn statement. The information gathered during this investigation finds the complaint of a staff member not disclosing a pending charge to be valid.
