An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/27/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 09/28/2023. There were 12 children, ages 3 years- 4 years, 3 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during teacher directed activities, self-directed activities, and outdoor time. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed at 10:15 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
