A complaint investigation was conducted 9/20/2023 beginning 2:05pm and ending 5:30pm regarding allegations of behavioral guidance. Staff and child interviews were conducted and documentation including child and staff records and injury reports were inspected. The center's video recording was also reviewed. The allegations of behavioral guidance were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
