An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 12:15 until 1:00 at the site. There were 7 children and two staff present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four children?s records were reviewed virtually.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-B Description: Based on observation and measurement, the required depth of resilient surfacing was not maintained.
Evidence:
1. Approximately 5 feet In front of the swings and in back of the swings, the pea gravel measured less than the 6 inches required. Bare dirt was showing in some spots.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
