This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 10/11/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. There were 187 preschool children present, with 24 staff supervising; across 12 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: center activities within the classroom, song, outside play, circle time, painting, dance, learning, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 20 children records were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an annual basis through the central PRCS office in Leesburg.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
