An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on September 18, 2023, continued on October 12, 2023 and completed on October 17, 2023 regarding concerns of Special Care Provisions /Emergencies and Programs.
During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with center staff, a review of records/documentation and observation of child to staff interactions. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to Special Care Provisions/Emergencies and Programs therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT valid.
