A complaint was received in the Office of Childcare Health & Safety (Valley), on October 6, 2023 regarding supervision, administration and policies and procedures. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, staff supervision and programming. Six staff interviews were conducted, one staff record, parent handbook , and timesheets and attendance were reviewed. Classroom observations were conducted.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". There were two non-complaint related violations noted on the violation notice issued to the facility.
