Discussed the roofing repairs, plan if children need to be moved into another space, and staff conducting a safety check if they notice a issue with cieling in the classroom.

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on September 26, 2023 from 3:55pm -5:20 pm regarding concerns of physical plant. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews and observation of the classroom . The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to physical plant therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
No violations were issued.
