Licensing inspector discussed violation notice posting requirements with the director.

An unannounced investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint regarding the physical plant of the facility. During the investigation staff were interviewed, the files of children and staff were reviewed, and classrooms were observed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. This complaint has been determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted with the director. A monitoring inspection was also complete and areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
