Discussed with director in regards to objects that are potential choking hazards, supervision during art activity and facility termination policy.

The licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced complaint inspection regarding allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspection was initiated on October 20, 2023 from 9:20am - 9:45am. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made in the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
