A complaint investigation was initiated with the center on 10/2/2023. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office on 9/28/2023 regarding bottle feeding infants, supervision, and care of children. Interviews were conducted and observations were made in the Infant classroom. The investigation was closed on 10/25/2023. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
