A complaint investigation was initiated jointly with a local agency on 10/5/2023. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office on 10/3/2023 regarding forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The investigation was closed on 10/25/2023. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
