An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/18/2023 from 9:45 am-12:53 pm. There were 42 children supervised by 9 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 children records, 4 staff records, evacuation drills, medications, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, tabletop activities, and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
