The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on September 27, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on September 13, 2023, regarding allegations of discrimination.
The inspector was on site from approximately 10:00 am to 12:20 pm. Interviews with staff were completed, and documents, video footage and one child record were reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation have determined that the validity of allegations in the complaint could not be substantiated. No violations were issued. If you have any questions, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Maria Robles at maria.robles@doe.virginia.gov
