Discussed medication authorization forms and bringing medication administration log on walking trips when medication is brought.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-12:00pm. There were 50 children directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaged in a group dance activity, parachute play, foot races, and other outdoor activities at the local park.. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. There were no areas of non-compliance identified during today's inspection.
