An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on10/20/2023 from 3:40 pm to 5:05 pm. At the time of entrance, 27 children, ages 4-11 years old, were in care with 4 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in table-top games and activities and participating in a calming / breathing group activity. Hand washing and table sanitizing were observed. Medication is not being administered in the program, at this time. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
