An initial licensing inspection was conducted on October 11 2023 between 1:30pm and 3:30pm. There were no children in attendance during this inspection. A walkthrough was conducted of the facility, which included room measurements, review of supplies, and review of safety standards. A staffing record review was conducted for the onsite owner and two directors. No violations were observed during this initial inspection. A follow up inspection will be conducted within 60 days to observe compliance of standards that are not able to be observed today.
