A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on November 1, 2023 from 10:00 am- 1:00 pm. There were 81 children present with 15 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: The following staff have not completed the annual health and safety update course:
Staff # 1 last update dated 1/2022, Staff #2 last update dated 10/27/2022, Staff #4 no updates.Plan of Correction: Staff will take the annual training and file certificate in the staff's record.
