A complaint inspection was conducted on October 27, 2023, in response to a complaint that was received by the department on October 2, 2023, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, video footage was reviewed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. Observations of child and teacher interaction were conducted throughout the inspection. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
