A monitoring visit was conducted. Observed physical space, record sample for children and staff, emergency preparation, trainings and medication. Snack is provided by the center each day. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website.
