A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/23/2023. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-H Description: Based on a record review the center did not ensure there was public liability insurance for bodily injury for each center site with a minimum limit of at least $500,000 each occurrence and with a minimum limit of $500,000 aggregate.
Evidence:
The center's documentation showed liability insurance for the center expired in July of 2023.Plan of Correction: The director will obtain a copy of the most recent liability insurance at the center.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A Description: Based on observation and record review the center did not have documentation of an annual fire inspection.
Evidence:
The last documented fire inspection posted on the parent board was dated 11/09/2021.Plan of Correction: The fire Marshall will be contacted immediately to obtain the most recent inspection and to conduct the annual required inspection.
