Discussed ensuring that any cleaning done prior to meals, should occur prior to children being seated at those tables.
Also discussed being conscientious of tone when speaking with large groups.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 6 between 11:15am and 12:15pm. There were 33 children with 2 staff members at the start of the inspection and at the end of the inspection there were 3 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, eating snack, reading, and participating in arts and crafts. A review of emergency drills, medications, trainings, and child records was conducted.
