An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 15, 2023 in response to a self reported incident that occurred in the center on November 9, 2023.
Interviews were conducted with staff members, staff records and one child record was reviewed in response to an allegation of behavioral guidance.
This inspection did not find any areas of non-compliance and no violations were cited.
