An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 16, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 20 children, ages 5 through 10, in the care of 3 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed. Annual review of staff records will be scheduled later.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
