Standard #: 8VAC20-780-440-L Description: REPEAT VIOLATION****Based on observation and interview, the center failed to ensure that pillows were not used by children under two years of age.
Evidence:
1. LI observed two children under age of 2 years with "sleep sacks" that include pillows. The children were 19 months and 23 months.
