Discussion that both Staff #5, and Staff #6 will each need to complete the 2023 annual health & safety update training by 12/31/2023.

This Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 11/14/2023, between the hours of 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. There were 9 preschool children present, with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards, code, and/or law. No violations were issued.
