Discussion of keeping (1) drill log in the office, since drills are conducted on the same day for all three buildings. Remember the (12) fire drills, (2) shelter-in-place drills, and at least (1) lockdown drill is required on an annual basis.
Discussion of monitoring sleeping mats for rips, and replace as needed.
Review of the Health Certificate for caterer J&S Restaurant, LLC (Executive Diner) expiration - 12/31/2023.

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 11/16/2023, between the hours of 10:30 am to 1 pm. There were 7 preschool children, with 5 staff supervising, across 2 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: learning activities, music, song, counting, large motor activities on outdoor playground, diaper changing, hand washing, lunch, naptime, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children records, and 6 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
