A complaint inspection was initiated and completed on 11/28/2023.The area of standards reviewed were programs. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
