An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/27/2023 from 12:05pm to 1:05pm. There were 13 children ages 2 years old to age 5 years old supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. The playground was not inspected due to the weather. Children were observed participating in lunch. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
