Multiple medication authorization forms are in use. Best practice would be to consistently use one form.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, bottles labeled and dated, menu and age appropriate activities were all in compliance today.
Children were observed playing Animal Sound Bingo, eating lunch, and sleeping.
