An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self-reported incident received by the department related to Supervision and Procedures for Emergencies. The inspection was initiated on 11/16/2023 and concluded on 12/5/2023 with an exit interview. Evidence gathered during the inspection from interviews, photographs and documentation review did not support the allegation of non-compliance with any standards.
