A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on November 21, 2023 from 8:20am-9:00am. There were 5 children in care with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing quiet games and waiting to be dismissed to their bus. Staff walked with the children to their bus. Staff interactions with children were observed and deemed to be positive. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: Child 1 does not have documentation of physical on record.Plan of Correction: We will be sure to contact the school to get a copy of his physical.
