An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/27/23 to investigate an allegation received by the department related to supervision and emergency procedures. Based on evidence gathered through interviews, observations and documentation review, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. An exit interview was conducted on 12/11/2023.
