An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/1/2023 between the hours of 4:30 and 6pm. There were 33 children supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in small group activities, having snack, and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1. Two medication authorizations for Child #5 expired on 7/11/2023. The medications have not been picked up by the parent.
2. A medication authorization for Child #6 expired on 08/18/2013. The medication was not picked up by the parent.Plan of Correction: All medications with expired authorizations will be picked up by parents.
