A complaint investigation was conducted on 11/29/2023. The inspector arrived at 1:45 PM and departed at 2:50 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, supervision and programming. The investigation included review of documentation, observation and interviews. A preponderance of evidence did not support the alleged noncompliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
