An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/5/2023 from10:40 am until 11:40 am, in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 9/13/2023 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Terms of the Voluntary Registered Certificate, VR Health and Safety Criteria, Caregiver Records and Background checks. At the time of the inspection, there were no children present and the provider stated that there are no children enrolled at this time. The VR home daycare is not operating at this time. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
