A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/7/23. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of transportation. 2 staff members were interviewed, 4 staff records and the center's transportation policy was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
