An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/30/2023 in response to complaints that were received by the licensing department on 11/21/23 and 11/22/23 regarding allegations in the areas of supervision and parental involvement. The inspection was initiated on 11/30/2023 and completed on 12/14/2023. On 11/30/2023, the inspector was on site from approximately 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional interviews were conducted remotely.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation supports part of the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. See the violation notice for more details.

Based on interview, the center did not ensure to have a qualified program director or a qualified back-up program director who meets one of the director qualifications regularly on site at least 50% of the center's hours of operation.
Evidence:
1. In interview, the designated program director stated that she is not regularly on site 50 percent of the time.Plan of Correction: Will ensure that the program director is on site at least 50 percent of each day.
