Consultation was given on Pre-Service training and the 90 day requirements as well as training hours for the annual requirement. The center should register with VQB5 but will not be required to do CLASS observations until the following Fall.
- Comments:

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on (date). There were 51 children present with 16 direct care staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
