The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on November 30, 2023, regarding allegations of forbidden actions. An investigation was conducted jointly with a local government agency. The inspection was initiated and completed on December 4, 2023. The inspector was on site from 10:00am to 12:30pm. Interviews with staff and parents was completed, videos were observed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. One child?s record and two staff records were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation do not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be unfounded.
