An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/28/2023 between 8:00am-8:40am. There were 22 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed making bracelets and playing board games. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
