An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 20, 2023 with the director at 11:50 a.m. and ending at 2:15 p.m. There were 18 children in care ages 7 months through 5 years old under the supervision of 4 staff. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were reviewed. Nap time was observed.
Three children's records and two new staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills and injury reports were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
