A complaint investigation was conducted with the center on 12/20/2023. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding supervision, care, protection, and guidance, and forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted and observations were made throughout the center. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
