An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 1/10/24 from 11:05am to 2:05pm in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding an allegation of a forbidden action, rough handling of a child in care. Video recording was reviewed and interviews were conducted. The allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. No violations were cited.
