An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 1/5/2024, from 9:30am to 10:3am in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 1/2/2024, regarding programs. administration, and special services. Based upon staff interviews, and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is deemed not valid.
