An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 12/11/23 and was concluded on 12/18/2023 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/11/23 regarding supervision. Observation, record reviews, and interviews were conducted relating to the allegations on 12/18/23. The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be " not valid".
