An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/8/2023 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 11/07/2023 in the communicating with parents.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the infant daily log. The inspector arrived at 1:15 PM and departed at 1:45 PM. The information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid.
