Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. Observed children in multiple classrooms with direct care staff in ratio for supervision. Children were reading stories, transitioning to PM snack, diapering and having circle time. Reviewed 2 staff records, medications on-site with children's records and authorizations, physical space and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 business days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
