A renewal inspection was conducted on 01/12/2024. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The Inspector reviewed both children and staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-F Description: Based on observation the center did not ensure there was a menu posted in a location conspicuous to parents, listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period. Plan of Correction: The director moved the menu to the lobby on the parent information board.
