An investigation was begun on 11/21/2023 in response to a self-reported incident at the center received in our office on 11/12/23.
The investigation was conducted jointly with local authorities.
Based on multiple staff interviews and physical plant inspection the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation of physical abuse.
There are no violations cited for this investigation.
